This session will support delegates to recognise and experience different types of Listening. Delegates will gain new skills in listening and to understand how active listening and being present helps us to be more connected to our work colleagues and all the people we have relationships with.
A person being listened to empathically feels valued and accepted for the person listening to them in this way. Active listening encourages constructive learning and positive, self-directed change between colleagues in the workplace. Active listening facilitates decision making and lessens the impact of disputes and conflict in our busy business lives.
Listening, being present, withholding judgement, assumptions and opinions, understanding each other.
60min to Half Day | £250 - £750 | Max 20 attendees | On-site | Pen, paper, flip chart, projector required
