What?

An energetic, fun dance class focused around getting everyone moving with an eclectic mix of fun and funky tunes. Incorporating a mash-up of dance to give you a taster of different movements and styles. No matter your level this class is all about working at your own pace and having a great dance work out whilst smiling and laughing along the way. 

 

Why?

Dancing has so many health benefits that people don't realise initially including reducing stress/anxiety, improved fitness, waistline, flexibility, memory, balance, and mood-boosting.  It's also an excellent social activity and a great way for people to get to know each other.
