Improv is the art of making things up in the moment. We start by saying yes – to ourselves and to each other. Improv opens us up to new ideas and new experiences, gives us space to let off steam and de-stress, and builds our resilience for dealing with difficult situations.
Through group and paired activities, in a positive, collaborative atmosphere, participants are encouraged to take creative risks. With improv, you can only get it right. And there’ll be a lot of laughter along the way, guaranteed.
