In this workshop or webinar, we will try to understand how our brain works, and particularly, how we can boost our brain's positivity. We will dive into understanding our body's mood regulators, also known as neurotransmitters or 'happy hormones', and become much clearer about the chemistry of our own wellbeing.
To understand the basic neurology of the brain and how neurotransmitters regulate mood;
To know the role that Oxytocin, Serotonin, Dopamine, and Endorphins play in regulating mood;
For each neurotransmitter, to know activities and strategies for boosting that neurotransmitter in the body in order to achieve a more desirable mood;
To experience activities in the session which boost neurotransmitters;
To develop a personal ‘neurotransmitter’ action plan to boost our brain's positivity.
