Practicing relaxation and meditation regularly will help you feel calm, lighter in the mind and in the body, as you reduce mental, emotional, and physical stress.
We suggest attendees comfortably sit on the floor using a cushion or blanket, away from their chair or desk, as this will keep them away from the distractions of their work environment.
