In today's modern world we are constantly bombarded with information and always on the go. Our time is in demand. It's really difficult to switch off and let go. The practice of Hatha Yoga is a means to and preparation for samadhi, or deep meditation. This is why we do all the other good work on the mat, in order to prepare the body and the mind for stillness.
Topics covered
In this workshop, you'll learn accessible practices for meditation to integrate into your every day.
We will finish up with balancing breathwork and a nurturing relaxation, leaving you ready to face the week ahead with positivity and focus
