EFFECTS ON OUR
In this workshop we will explore how stress can affect both your body and mind leading to both physical and mental health implications. We will look at how to identify the signs and symptoms of stress and how to reduce and prevent them.
The workshop will be delivered in three section: a wellbeing coaching session, a tailored yoga class focusing on how to reduce stress and relax the nervous system to aid relaxation and a guided relaxation class to help reduce anxiety and improve and sleep.
