This workshop will tackle the issue of stress and burnout. Participants will explore the causes of stress and learn about the physical signs and consequences. They will learn ways in which to manage and reduce stress.

Causes of stress, physical signs of stress, the fight or flight response, Physical consequences of stress, stress management techniques, mindfulness techniques, time management and relaxation techniques.
