This yoga class is designed to target the common areas that workers suffer from tension. This class can be tailored to the needs of your company (warhorse staff, desk workers etc). In the session, the expert will talk you through the six movements of the spine and ways in which to prevent work-related injuries via movement and mobilisation. She will bring her anatomy charts and spine model to talk you through the anatomy of your body and explain visually with these, how repetitive movement/lack of movement whilst sitting for long periods can cause injury.
You will go home with practice advice that you can start implementing straight away!
