BACK PAIN AND STRESS
These workshops use an easy-to-practice form of yoga which is very effective in reducing back pain and combating stress. Through simple yoga movements they target the key causes of workplace ill-health and sickness absence.
Specific yoga postures and sequences are used to help tackle discomfort from workplace stresses. Combined with simple breathing and relaxation techniques these sessions are not only fun to take part in, but also leave the participants feeling revived and more at ease.
