The second edition of Leeds Wellbeing Week – great success and positive impact!

After the success of the first edition (Easter 2017), this second edition has nothing to be shameful for with 18 events in 4 days, and more than 200 attendees!

Here is a snapshot of some events which took place during Leeds Wellbeing Week, and testimonials from attendees:

  • Find Happiness in Your Workplace, organised by Mind It, gathered employees, employers and wellbeing experts for an evening full of positive vibes in Leeds: free massage, healthy food, presentation of Mindful Employer Leeds by Hannah, and 3 wellbeing sessions in a row for all the attendees: meditation with Clare from Unique Journey, Gratitude with Gemma from Self Leadership Initiative, and Yoga with Kelly from Yorkshire Yogi! Attendees enjoyed it, with a 4.8/5 grade, not bad!

  • The FIRST mindful triathlon in the UK: Mindathlon, organised by Mind It and Team Activ, supported by The Edge Leeds. Attendees enjoyed 3 physical wellbeing sessions in a row, which was very challenging and rewarding: 5K run or walk with Park Run Leeds Woodhouse Moor, Yoga with Helena from We Are Wellness and meditation with Zeenat from Insight for Wellbeing. Attendees enjoyed it, with a 4.8/5 grade, not bad!
