This workshop has been created to help you realise that

3. It feels good to take the time to think about your time!
By investing in improving time management, people can reduce their levels of stress, become more resilient to change, and cultivate happier and more productive environments.
Activities during this workshop include the Circle of Control (managing expectations), The Glass Jar (recognising priorities), Eisenhower Box (managing tasks and email overload) and 5 Ways to Wellbeing (being proactive)
